Your Burger Is Tons Better With Cheese
- sesame seed brioche burger bun
- p.p. 250 gram beef patty
- red onion
- cheddar cheese
Preheat the grill to 175 degrees. Put the beef into a large bowl. Sprinkle evenly with seasoning salt, garlic powder, pepper and if you have it Worcestershire sauce. Mix the ingredients until they are just combined. Divide the meat mixture into patties. Make an indention in the middle of the patty to prevent bulging in the center of the hamburger as it cooks. Place the burgers on the grill. Cook 4 minutes on the first side. Flip the burgers over and cook an additional 4 minutes. The the most important part: adding cheese! Lay a slice of delicious cheddar cheese on the patty about 1 minute before taking the burgers off the grill. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns with optional hamburger toppings.
